Hi! My name is Stephanie Alcaino. My practice lives at the intersection of creative strategy, cultural insight, and storytelling, supporting organisations that are working to break people out of inertia and awaken active participation in building a better world.
I currently serve as Head of Creative at OX Creative, an agency partnering with organisations to multiply good for humanity by building brands, campaigns, and films that move people to action. I also sit on the advisory board of Refugee Education UK, contributing my background in fundraising and advertising to help expand access to education for displaced young people.
My creative foundation began in photography, which brought me into close proximity with the communities whose stories I now help shape.
Years of working across the global North and South, and living in multiple countries, have shaped an intercultural lens that informs how I listen, interpret, and build narratives that create proximity, spark movement, and sustain engagement.
